Press Release: Unifii announces a strategic partnership with Cloudsoft to expand uptake of the AWS Service Catalog connectivity for ServiceNow customers

Unifii Ltd – the UK-based enterprise service management, ServiceNow automation and integration specialist, today announced a partnership agreement with Cloudsoft – the application, automation and AWS experts that specialise in enterprise use of AWS.

ServiceNow partners since 2010, Unifii have lately been expanding their ServiceNow offerings and the next step in that partnership eco-system is the announcement today that they have teamed up with AWS specialists Cloudsoft to expand the take up of the AWS Service Catalog Connector for ServiceNow, aimed at allowing enterprises to map ServiceNow to AWS.

Stephen Mamelok, Director of Unifii, said

“Unifii believes in technology innovation, value add, data driven processes and most of all providing the customer with the right solution. Through working in partnership with Cloudsoft, we are able to take that next step and offer all these beliefs by bringing ServiceNow and AWS closer together. ”

The AWS connector provides organisations with greater flexibility and governance around how AWS resources are provisioned and accessed. Using the ServiceNow Service Catalogue, ServiceNow and AWS customers can now utilise a single pane of glass for requesting products and services, including browsing the AWS service catalogue direct from ServiceNow with fine-grained control over what is visible.

The AWS service catalogue will integrate with ServiceNow workflows and approval requests, and record provisioned AWS service catalogue items in the ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB).  Customers will also be able to monitor and update the status of deployments automatically and submit change requests for provisioned product termination.

Ross Gray, Cloudsoft CEO, said

"As an AWS Advanced Partner, and a specialist in connecting ServiceNow to AWS Service Catalog, we are delighted to partner with Unifii who have a complementary specialist practice in the enterprise ServiceNow landscape. The outcome for enterprise ServiceNow and AWS customers is an ability to consume AWS with less friction from their familiar ServiceNow platform and doing so safely by leveraging the design-time guardrails of Service Catalogue."

Both parties are excited about this new partnership and the potential benefits it brings to existing ServiceNow and AWS customers across UK.
