We’ve signed up to the Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse.

We’re proud to foster an open, inclusive and safe workplace for every single one of our colleagues.

In line with that commitment and our firmly held values as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2022, we have signed up to the Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA), a leading business network that supports employers to take action on domestic abuse.

As part of our membership, we have committed to providing employees with access to training and toolkits to help raise awareness about domestic abuse. We also plan to take part in industry events to share best practice and ensure better support for survivors.

Our CEO, Ross Gray, said: “Domestic abuse affects millions of people every year, yet it is a largely hidden problem. As an employer with a duty of care to our staff, we’re committed to raising awareness among all our colleagues and supporting those facing domestic abuse – be that through training, providing information on the warning signs of domestic abuse or sharing best practice with EIDA’s network of leading employers to help us learn and grow. Together we can all make a difference.”

EIDA is a growing network of large and small employers from a wide variety of sectors, working collectively to act on domestic abuse. With members including Goldman Sachs, Hogan Lovells, Lloyds Banking Group and Vodafone UK, EIDA works with employers to enable implementation of effective internal policies on domestic abuse, as well as providing awareness and signposting to updated resources.
