This morning Great Place To Work UK announced their 2021 list of the Best Workplaces™ in Tech, recognising Cloudsoft as 7th among 24 ranked Small Organisations.

We’re really proud to come 7th in this list, alongside great companies like Five9, based on Great Place To Work’s research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysis of the responses of UK-based tech employees.

Highlights from the employee survey

100% of our staff said they were made to feel welcome when they joined Cloudsoft.

In the last 12 months we’ve almost doubled in size, onboarding all these new staff remotely.

Despite this, we were still able to make new-starts feel like part of the tribe, for example by sending them the same monthly treat box the rest of the team received before they officially started, inviting them to online team socials before their official start date and providing the opportunity to meet the rest of the team (albeit virtually) at weekly Virtual Coffee. Even before restrictions on office working, the Cloudsoft team enjoyed the flexibility to work from home as suited them and this will continue.
